After beginning at Ardesia Wine Bar and working alongside owner, Mandy Oser and GM, Jordan Ramos, a future in the wine industry was realized. In 2020, I began my studies at the International Wine Center in NYC and am qualified with distinction in tasting and merit in theory as a WSET level 3 recipient.
Currently on the management team at Ardesia Wine Bar and a Sommelier at Pinch Chinese.
